Policies
Before Booking with Theyelashlab make sure to read the following:
A day prior to your appointment I will contact you via direct message on instagram or text to confirm your appointment. Once the appointment is confirmed, the address will immediately be sent out. Failure to do so may result in losing your appointment/deposit.
Deposits
A $15 deposit is required upon booking an appointment. All deposits are non-refundable. This goes for any service given by Theyelashlab.
Rescheduling/ Cancellations
If for any reason a client needs to reschedule their appointment, they can only do so once, and they are required to contact Theyelashlab 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in losing the deposit. No call- No shows will result in the remaining balance after the deposit getting charged to the card listed when booking.
Lateness
If a client is 10 minutes late, there will be a late fee of $15. If they are 15 minutes late the appointment is cancelled and a new deposit will be needed to secure another slot. The late policy is taken very seriously so if you are running late please communicate before arrival.
Prep
Please make sure your natural lashes are clean before arriving to your appointment. This means no lash glue residue, mascara or eyeliner. (Strip lash glue may be very hard to get out so try to refrain from wearing strips at least a day prior to your appointment.) Also, please make sure to come to your appointment with a fresh face, no concealer, foundation or any type of makeup. If a client shows up to their appointment with makeup they will be required to take it off using a makeup wipe.
Before booking please make sure your lashes aren’t too sparse, thin or broken off. If you’re unsure of the condition of your lashes, please consult with me in the contact link or email me with a picture or video of your lashes. I refuse to work on lashes that are damaged for two important reasons:
Lashing on natural lashes that are too sparse or broken off risk damaging the hair follicle for good stunting all growth.
Since each single natural lash is individually lashed, thinned out lashes can alter the sets full potential; look wise and retention wise.
If a client shows up to their appointment with lashes that have bald spots, broken off lashes or severe thinning and we’re unable to lash, they will lose their deposit and will be required to put down a new deposit to secure a slot.
Payment
After the deposit, all payments must be CASH ONLY.
COVID
All clients are required to wear a face mask during their entire service.
No plus ones are allowed. Please come alone to your appointment
If you aren’t feeling well with covid-related symptoms please contact me 24 hours in advance to reschedule your appointment. Anyone who shows up to their appointment with symptoms will be required to leave.
